These Terms and Conditions describe the rules that govern use of the Benflix platform and the relationship between us and our users in Canada. Account responsibilities

Prohibited activity includes using automated tools to place bets, attempting to manipulate game outcomes, creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, or facilitating fraud. We monitor user activity and may take action against accounts engaged in prohibited behaviour, including withholding funds where necessary while an investigation is ongoing.

General bonus and promotion rules

Promotions and bonuses are subject to separate terms which form part of these Terms and Conditions. Bonuses may have activation steps, wagering requirements, game restrictions and expiry periods. Only one bonus offer may apply per account where stated. Any attempt to abuse promotions may result in bonus cancellation, account restrictions and forfeiture of winnings.

Deposits and withdrawals

Accepted payment methods and processing times are listed in the cashier. We require verification before processing withdrawals and may request documents to confirm identity, address and payment ownership.
